Subscription Policy
Auto-Renewal & Billing
By selecting a subscription at checkout, you authorize Furrmula to automatically charge the payment method on file every 30 days until you cancel.
The renewal price and next billing date are displayed during checkout and again in your order confirmation email.
Delivery Timeframes & Courier Delays
The delivery timeframes shown on our website are average estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.
While most parcels arrive within the estimated window, a small percentage may experience courier delays outside our control.
Managing Your Renewal Date (Important)
Subscription renewals operate on a timed schedule based on your original order date.
They are not linked to delivery or tracking status.
If your first delivery is still in transit as you approach your next billing date, it is the customer’s responsibility to pause, reschedule, or adjust the upcoming renewal to avoid unwanted charges.

Trial Period & Cancellation
Your first 30 days serve as a trial period.
You may cancel at any time before your next scheduled billing date to avoid further charges.
Cancellations apply to future renewals only.
Cancel via the customer portal — account.furrmula.com —(fastest) or by emailing support@furrmula.com from the same email used at purchase with the subject line: “Cancel Subscription.”
Finality of Renewals
Once a renewal order has begun processing — meaning payment has been charged and fulfillment has been initiated — it becomes final.
Processed renewals cannot be cancelled or refunded, though you may still cancel future cycles.
Returns for Subscription Orders
If a delivered subscription item qualifies under our Returns & Refunds Policy, please contact us for authorization before sending anything back.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Failed Payments
If a renewal payment fails, we may retry the charge and/or request updated payment details.
Subscriptions may be paused or cancelled if payment cannot be completed.
Policy Acceptance
By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge and agree to this Subscription Policy, our Terms of Service, and our Returns & Refunds Policy.
